Denissia & Austin~ Here’s a little peek at your post prom pics. This should tide you over for a couple of days!
So I know this guy Tyler…..good kid. Really good. He’s friendly, he’s cool and of course, goodlooking! Tyler and I ventured downtown one Friday only to be rushed and rained out~major disappointment. Well, God was on our side the following Monday and we got to it. This guy is so talented. One day, he’s gonna be a good man to snag, but right now….he’s just an all American high school kid living the life of school, family, sports…..and come on….girls! Ty~ You were so easy to work with, and that first ride home with Gabe talking about the daycare girls had me rolling!
Last weekend I had the honor of shooting three lovely ladies on the verge of 16. These girls: MADE MY DAY. Each one had something different to offer and had me laughing, smiling and jaywalking across busy streets! Tessie, Stephanie & Tammy are turning 16 this year, and it’s such a special and fun occasion. I had such a fantastic time shooting and laughing with every member of the party that day.
Girls, you will always stick out in my mind as one of the most enjoyable parties I have ever had the honor of shooting. Thank you for humoring me, running up and down the street, jumping about a thousand times & playing the guitar for me…..that ROCKED!
It was this March that Alicia was at Disney World having the worst day. The whole family was there, minus her boyfriend Blair, who was on his way to work…..or so Alicia thought. Wandering around the massive park~not feeling so hot and looking for her Dad~she finally spotted him in front of Cinderella’s castle. Before she could reach him, THE Fairy Godmother approached her (true story), handed her a folder and said, “Welcome to the Magic Kingdom, where your wishes come true.” Alicia smiled patiently and opened the folder that held a series of 3 pieces of paper. The first welcomed her to the Magic Kingdom just as THE Fairy Godmother had. The second told her to close her eyes and make one wish that she would be granted. The third said……..”Now turn around”, and there was Blair~on bended knee. In front of the whole park. In front of Mickey and Minnie. In front of Tinkerbell and all her sparkle dust glory. That’s when the tears came.
Alicia, Blair~ I look forward to sharing more special moments, smiles and tears in the next 6 months. You are both beautiful, and have the best “London Look’s” I have ever seen (inside joke).
It isn’t really appropriate to call this a peek…..it’s a little more massive than that, but that’s ok. I’m the photographer in this blog and I can do just about whatever I please =)
